LUCIDBIZ SDN BHD will offer an unconditional 7 Day Money Back Guarantee if you are not fully satisfied with the services received. Claims must be submitted to Customer Service within 7 days of purchase.

We do not charge our customers until the work has been completed until our products or services have been delivered. Once the product or services have been delivered to you, there is a 7 day guarantee on the work that was completed.

If we fail to deliver your order, we will refund your original charge to you any time within the 7 day period however you must submit your refund claim to us via email us stating the reason for claim.

All claims must be received within 7 day period which commences on invoice payment date. All refund claims will be reviewed and responded within 7 days of being received. We are always fair and will work with you to make sure you are a satisfied customer regardless of the 7 day guarantee.
